You can delete your account at any time, and it is deleted at once. Vidoo is the Android app by APIhub: it is one account for the Vidoo app, the APIhub website and the Telegram bot.
Your name, email address and password; every sign-in on every device and the Telegram link; your API keys; your preferences and registered devices; your agents (switched off, their names and instructions erased), the posts they had scheduled and the captions of your posts; the contents of your tasks; your saved styles; your cloned voices and avatars (at our providers too); your connected social profiles; rented numbers (released); and the files our records show are yours — uploads, results, previews, copies kept for scheduled posts and the screenshots you sent us. Your feedback reports stay, with your name, email address and Telegram handle removed (from the copies on the team's internal task board, by hand). The Telegram bot treats you as a new person; the team removes its records of your chats by hand.
Accounting records are kept for 7 years, as Israeli tax and accounting law requires: payments (with what the payment provider sent us about them, which can include your name, email address and phone), invoices and receipts, and the credit ledger — whose gift and coupon entries record the email address they were given to. Sign-in logs (a keyed hash of the address typed, the IP address, the browser) are kept for 90 days to prevent fraud. If you agreed to clone a voice or a face, that consent record is kept as proof. The admin's log of actions is kept. To give the sign-up gift and coupons only once per mailbox, a one-way hash of your mailbox is kept, never the address itself.
Some files are not removed at once: uploads never recorded against the account go within 24 hours (7 days at most); a clip copied for a scheduled post that another customer's post also uses, within 60 days; an older screenshot that another customer's report also shows, within a year. If you published skills as a creator, customers who already used one keep it (it leaves the catalogue). The credit balance is forfeited. If you paid for credits and want a refund of unused ones, or are owed partner commissions or creator royalties, contact support before deleting.
