Who can apply?
Any startup building a product on AI, from an idea on paper to a company with paying customers. You need an APIhub account, which is free, and a short description of the product.
What can the credits be spent on?
Any service on the site and the API: video, voice, images, captions, text and social publishing. Prices are the same as for every customer.
Are the credits worth money?
No. They cannot be cashed out, moved to another account or refunded. They are for use on APIhub only.
How long does the review take?
A person on the team reads every application. Build is quick, Launch gets a look at the product, and Scale gets a call. You can see the status on this page when you are signed in.
Can I apply again?
One application at a time. After an approval you can ask for the next track as the product grows. After a no you can apply again with new details.
What happens when the credits run out?
You keep working and pay as you go, with no subscription. Buy a package on the billing page, or apply for the next track.
What do you do with my details?
We review the application and contact you about it. That is all.
