These terms apply when you use APIhub: the website (apihub.tools), the Vidoo app and the API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are short.
APIhub and the Vidoo app are run by Vibe Coding Ltd.
APIhub turns your videos and ideas into short edited videos with AI: captions, voice-overs, translations, effects and more. It can also publish them to the social accounts you connect. Features change over time.
You need an account. Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
On the website you buy credit packages through our payment provider. In the app you buy them through Google Play. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund rules. You can also contact us about any purchase, and we will look at a request to refund unused credits.
When you use APIhub through another app or assistant, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, nothing is sold inside that app: jobs are paid in credits from your existing APIhub account, and credits are bought only on the APIhub website (apihub.tools), through our payment provider, outside that app.
What you upload stays yours, and so do the videos we make for you, as far as the law allows. You let us process your content only to provide the service, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
Captions, translations, voices and edits made by AI can be wrong, inaccurate or even offensive. Watch every video before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
If you see a harmful or offensive result, report it: in the app, tap "Report this video" under a finished video, or contact us.
When you connect a social account and approve a post, or turn on automatic posting, we publish on your behalf. Each social network's own rules apply to what is published there.
You can delete your account at any time at apihub.tools/delete-account or in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users or the service at risk. When we can, we tell you first.
We work to keep the service running well, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will say so on the website or in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel decide any dispute.
