Common questions
My video link does not work
Share it with anyone who has the link (Google Drive, Dropbox), or use a direct link to the file. Links to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok pages do not work: ask the app for an upload link instead.
The app says my credits are not enough
Add credits on the APIhub site, then ask again. Nothing is charged for a job that did not run.
Where are my videos?
In the chat, as a link, and in your APIhub account under My videos.
How do I disconnect an app?
Delete its key on your API keys page. The app is disconnected at once.
A video failed
Failed work is not charged. Ask again; if it fails twice, write to us with the time and the app you used.
